The Mediterranean-style eating pattern incorporates the basics of healthy eating that are traditionally practiced in countries that border the Mediterranean Sea. Eating the Med Way has been proven to protect against chronic diseases.
Classes include instruction and hands-on cooking. Topics include: Introduction to the Med Way; Change your protein; Swap your fats; Eat more vegetables and fruits; Make your grains whole; and Rethink your sweets.
Cost: $50 for all 6 sessions and is due first day of workshop. This includes hands-on cooking with a meal.
