Relish the Flavors

Summer may be coming to an end but fall flavors are not! Join Relish the Flavors Series for a hands-on food preservation workshop that will teach you the basics of canning using the water bath method.

Classes will be held at the Lenoir County Cooperative Extension office from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on the following dates:
  • Tuesday, September 14, 2021 - Sweet and Sour Apple Pepper Relish
  • Tuesday, October 12, 2021 - Corn Relish
  • Tuesday, November 9, 2021 - Beet Relish
One-time registration fee: $5
