Job Description Provide leadership for Extension’s initiatives to build organizational capacity to effectively engage with audiences from various backgrounds. • Lead Community Development programming that targets audiences from Spanish-speaking communities. • Partner with NCCES, CALS, and/or University colleagues to contribute, co-submit, and/or co-PI awarded grant and gift funds to support this programing. Provide support to ongoing work with the Together 'Juntos' for a Better Education Program and provide leadership to the Farmworker Health and Safety Program, supervising educators as needed.
